India wants to sue England for diamond in the royal crown

Indian family is trying to sue England for a famous diamond “Kohinoor”. Family calls themselves the descendants of the Maharaja Duleep Singh, who gave the diamond to Queen Victoria.

In 1850, the Maharaja Duleep Singh gave the diamond and the “golden throne” to British family. Now they want to return so that two relics were kept in the Golden Temple in northern India. Jaswinder Singh Sandhanvalia who thinks he is a descendant of the Maharaja, demands to return it to his family.
