Accident In Irvine Kills Young Motorcylist

Early Sunday morning Irvine authorities were dispatched to a accident involving a motorcyclist seriously injured.  Irvine Police pronounce the 23-year-old motorcyclist dead on the scene.  The impact from being thrown was the main cause of death stated police.

The accident occurred around 7:00 a.m. when the motorcyclist was traveling westbound on North River Road and collided into a vehicle.   Apparently, a farm truck started to slowly turn left onto Sleeping Indian Road when the motorcyclist hit the right side of the truck and was thrown off of his bike.

Irvine Police believe that speed was the main cause in the accident and that drugs or alcohol did not play a factor.
